Check-in is at 14:30 and check-out is at 10:30. Prepayments are non-refundable. Credit cards, bank transfers and cash are accepted. Identity checks are mandatory and guests under 18 are not accepted. Rooms are non-smoking. Quiet hours begin at midnight. The pool is open from 09:00 to 21:00.
